Refund & Return Policy

At Beautify, we want you to love your shopping experience. Since we deal in cosmetics and personal care products, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns/exchanges only if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products unless they are defective.


2. Return Window

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used beauty & skincare products.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

  • Gift cards or free promotional items.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method or store credit (as per your preference).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

If you received a wrong or damaged item, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost to you.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
