Shipping Policy

At Beautify we aim to deliver your beauty & skincare essentials quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy for complete details.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


2. Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 working days (depending on your city).

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 7 working days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional service charge depending on courier policy.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in restrictions on future orders.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.

  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.


6. Delays

We do our best to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays, strikes, or bad weather.

  • Courier service disruptions.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier and either re-ship or refund your order.
